Board Members

Our Delano Youth Lacrosse Association is led by a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about supporting our athletes, families, and the growth of lacrosse in our community. Each board member plays a vital role in creating a positive, organized, and successful experience for all.

Board Roles & Responsibilities

President – Brian Roers

Provides overall leadership and direction for the association. Oversees operations, leads meetings, and ensures the organization stays aligned with its mission and goals.

Vice President – Adam Fredrickson

Supports the President and assists with strategic planning, coordination, and special projects that help move the program forward.

Girls Director – Ashley Martin

Oversees all aspects of the girls’ lacrosse program, including team coordination, coaching support, and player development to ensure a positive and competitive experience.

Boys Director – Colin Kimball

Oversees all aspects of the girls’ lacrosse program, including team coordination, coaching support, and player development to ensure a positive and competitive experience.

Treasurer – Courtney Olson

Manages all financial aspects of the association, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial transparency.

Secretary – Kim Beyer

Maintains records of meetings and important documents while supporting clear communication across the organization.

Registration – Travis & Kim Knisley

Manage player registration, ensure accurate records, and assist families through the sign-up process.

Website, Apparel & Social Media – Natalie Kimball

Oversees the association’s online presence, apparel store offerings, and communication through social media platforms.

Events/Scheduling Coordinator – Brenna Demeules

Plans and organizes events that bring our community together and support the association.

Equipment Manager – Ashlie Erdmann

Manages and maintains team equipment, ensuring players have the resources they need throughout the season.

Volunteer Coordinator – Brandy Gelle

Organizes and supports volunteers, helping ensure all events and programs run smoothly.

Sportsmanship Coordinator – AJ Toews

Promotes positive sportsmanship, respect, and integrity among players, coaches, and families. Manages and responds to incident reports, helping ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
